Delivery / Shipping Policy

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours from the date of payment. Packages will be sent via NZ Post or another courier.

Refills Shipping
North Island - 2-5 Business days
South Island - 3-7 Business days

Toilet deliveries 
These travel by road transport so can take longer, especially to the South Island due to ferry availabilty.

(Express can be arranged but will have an extra cost depending on the urgency and location)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped it can not be canceled.

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so right away to ensure, we at Dry Flush can handle the processing before your item goes out for delivery.
